The 72-hour power reserve of this automatic tourbillon movement is no trick. The sapphire dial and sapphire bridges provide the transparency. They are adorned with Arabic numbers in even numbers, which appear to float above this movement. It's beautifully balanced.
How? The tourbillon is in the cage at six o'clock, as expected. This movement is atypical in that the micro-rotor, which balances the tourbillon perfectly, is placed on the dial at 12 o’clock. It's not unusual to have to flip a watch to see how the oscillating mass works, but placing it on the dial is a masterful and bold move.
The MHUB6035's transparency is almost an optical illusion. It is powered by a micro-rotor at 12 o’clock, which provides the perfect visual balance for the tourbillon.
